This personal electric skillet is everything it is advertised to be. The unit has a very large cooking area that maintains it's temperature over the entire cooking time. The very deep sides help with the splattering of the cooking medium. Very, very easy to clean. The only problem, and a minor one that is, that I have had with the skillet is that the screws holding the legs on need tightening after use. I am extremely satisfied with the skillet and recommend the purchase of the unit. A good product for the money and I already have purchased a second unit for a gift.
